I began my catering career over 20 years ago, and have built up a loyal clientele mainly from word of mouth, producing original menus for canapé parties, weddings, birthdays and Christmas parties. Celebration cakes also play a large part of what has become a very successful bespoke catering business, and my cupcakes are an all time favourite with adults and children alike!

My clients range from Corporate Functions, Charity and Sporting events, Private Dining and Royalty.
Whilst I have worked for renowned restaurants and private households and achieved the professional qualifications necessary for running my own catering business I also teach primary school children to cook, running after school cookery clubs, giving them an understanding of where their ingredients come from and creating a healthy relationship with food which I consider to be an essential life skill.

I hold a  current CRB certificate, Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering and am a qualified First Aider.

I recently set up and delivered the government funded Lets Get Cooking programme, which is a national network of cooking clubs for children in a Wimbledon primary school, designed to involve children, their extended families and people from the local community in a variety of cooking experiences and activities.

All my menus are bespoke and my cakes are freshly made using only the finest quality ingredients, sourced locally where possible, including free range eggs and ‘real’ butter!
